The 5.0 Ton Hot Dipped Galvanised Tilt-up Erection Anchors with a Length of 130mm, are specifically designed for erecting 150mm Tilt-up panels. 5.0 Ton Hot Dipped Galvanised Tilt-up Erection Anchors cast into the tilt-up concrete element at the time the concrete is poured and remains in the precast concrete element. It comes with a Void Former to create a void in the tilt-up panel, so that a Lifting Ring Clutch can be attached to it for lifting. It also comes with a chair Spacer, so that it can be positioned at the right height for the 150mm tilt-up panel.

A 5.0 Ton TPA-R1 Lifting Ring Clutch with release shackle, is attached to the 5.0 Ton Hot Dipped Galvanised Tilt-up Erection Anchor to enable the hoisting and maneuvering of Tilt-up Panel when required to do so. Once the Tilt-up Panel is placed in the required position, the Lifting Ring Clutch is detached from the Tilt-up Erection Anchor, by pulling on a chain or cable attached to the release shackle.
