The Precast Rubber Recess Former for 1.4Ton Erection and Spread Anchors are used to keep the 1.4 Ton Erection or Spread Anchors in place within the Precast or Tilt-up formwork, while the concrete is poured. A bolt must be used to attach the Rubber Recess Former to the Precast or Tilt-up Formwork. The Recess Former is removed at the same time as the removal of the formwork , once the precast concrete element has cured. After the removal of the Rubber Recess Former from the precast concrete element, the recess created by the Rubber Recess Former, allows space for the Precast Lifting Clutch to be attached to the Erection and Spread Anchor.
