Description
FastPatch is a rapid setting natural aggregate mortar for repairs to concrete surfaces subject to early use. (Also available in Polymered (P) and MicroCrystalline (X) versions)
FastPatch should be mixed for approximately 2 minutes before placing. Continued mixing and finishing will not extend the working time which is ±10 minutes, depending on prevailing ambient conditions.
Typical Uses
For fast repairs to highways, bridge decks, floors, parking garages, concrete pipelines and other concrete surfaces.
Benefits
FastPatch mortar provides:-
– Rapid setting and strength development for minimum shutdown periods.
– A mortar that provides high compressive and flexural strengths for an excellent bond to concrete, assuring a dense durable repair.
– A pre-packaged, ready-to-use product needing only the addition of potable water for mixing.
