Description
FP Cure Flexible Polymer emulsion curing compound, is a membrane forming, acrylic co-polymer emulsion curing agent for concrete. Milky white in appearance it dries to a clear, water impermeable film when sprayed or roller applied to concrete.
Paint & Overlayment
FP Cure need not be removed from concrete to be painted or overlaid with vinyl tiles, but a small test is recommended to ensure compatibility of solvents, adhesives and the like.
Application
FP Cure should be roller, brush or spray applied to the surface of concrete immediately upon stripping forms or, in the case of slabs, as soon as the concrete is hard enough not to be marred by the application.
FP Cure will be washed off if rained on or sprayed with water before it has dried.
FP Cure usually dries within one hour after application.
Clean equipment with water.
Application Rate
The rate of application should not exceed 7 square metres per litre of FP Cure.
Packaging
FP Cure is supplied in 25 litre jerry cans. Other sizes are available by arrangement.
Storage
Protect from freezing. Store in cool covered storage.
Shelf Life
8 months correctly stored.
Stripping
To remove FP Cure use FP Stripper which is available from Samson Technologies c.c.
FP Stripper is applied neat and left on the floor surface for a few minutes to soften the film. It should then be scrubbed using a mechanical scrubber or doodle bug with a black scrubbing pad. Rinse residue off with hot water. This process may have to be repeated a second time to ensure all traces of FP Cure are removed.
