Description
GRIP REPAIR 1010 Precast Grey is a polymer modified concrete repair mortar designed for multi-purpose concrete repairs, such as honeycombed, spalled and damaged concrete.

• Easy to use (just add clean water)
• Blends in with the existing colour of concrete
• Non-corrosive (will not attack reinforcement)
• Excellent adhesion
• Low shrinkage
• Durable Surface
Preparation:

Where necessary cut back to expose sound concrete and reinforcing bars. Mechanically clean reinforcing steel to remove corrosion. Wash reinforcing steel with clean water (to remove soluble salt contamination) and allow to dry. Use hot water and trisodium phosphate to remove grease and oil.
Priming:
Prime all clean and prepared concrete & steel surfaces with GripEpoxy 107 N Wet to Dry Epoxy Adhesive at 1mm thick. If inserting new reinforcing bars, coat them with GripEpoxy 107 NWet to Dry Epoxy Adhesive once installed prior to proceeding with the repair.
Limitations:
• Do not mix more mortar than can be used within 20 minutes.
• Do not provide less than 10 mm absolute minimum cover of repair mortar over reinforcement.
• Do no re-temper or add water once the material has started to set.
Curing:
Moisture cure for 24 – 48 hours or apply
